ABOUT THEIR STAY AT ELMDALE INN BED AND BREAKFAST

  • Amanda P.
We stayed 2 days in early November. Only 1month after the Inn opened. I have traveled to many hotels, resorts, and bed and breakfast Inns, however, i will never forget my stay at this one! One day before arrival, Deb called me and said that we would be the 'only visitors in the entire house this weekend', so she offered to move us to a larger room with a dressing room and private bathroom for no extra charge!(omg i get to roam a mansion!) When we pulled up they were waiting for us, and helped us park. We were greeted like family.

The sweet family that owns this bed and breakfast opened up to the public for 1 night so you could tour the home. So tastefully decorated and the bedrooms and all areas you are allowed to use during your stay are just beautiful and very inviting and cozy! Hope to stay in the near future.

It is a lovely home, wonderful breakfasts. First morning was stuffed French toast with strawberries. I was pampered and felt very at home in Deb and Jack’s home. Love the fire pit on the back patio. A great place to stay!!!

The Elmdale Inn is THE place to stay! It's like stepping into the past... cozy, comfortable and inviting. The room I stayed in left nothing to be desired. It even included a robe! The most delicious stuffed French toast breakfast served with fresh strawberries and sausage (all homemade) was served in the formal dining room. The owners Deb and Jack make you feel at home and most welcome. Words aren't enough, you must see for yourself!

Our family rented the house for several nights. Deb and Jack are wonderful hosts who both went the extra mile. They made us all feel so comfortable.
