Elmdale Inn a Colonial Revival Style house with Federal and Georgian elements was built in 1868 by John A. Funston.  Funston, a local banker ,was actively involved in the community.  Featured in the walking tour of Bloomsburg, this home has been a landmark in the community.  Filled with history this house served as private residence until Elmdale Inn opened its doors as a bed and breakfast in 2021.
